Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, personalized, mental health care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide an unbiased environment to individuals.

While our practice treats numerous mental health concerns our specialty is with adoptees, the donor conceived, and their families/ loved ones.

Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their person strengths to help enable positive change. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, evidence based therapeutic approaches and a customized treatment plan.
